The Effect of Environmental Uncertainty Perceived by Restaurant Store Founder on Innovative Behavior and Startup Satisfaction: The Moderating Effect of Resilience

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence relationship between innovation behavior and start-up satisfaction by environmental uncertainty perceived by restaurant store founders. In addition, it is intended to verify that the resilience of restaurant start-ups regulates the relationship between perceived environmental uncertainty, innovation behavior, and start-up satisfaction. For this study, a survey was conducted on 202 restaurant founders in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and the results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the environmental uncertainty perceived by restaurant store founders had a significant (+) effect on innovative behavior. Second, the environmental uncertainty perceived by restaurant store founders had a negative (-) effect on start-up satisfaction, but no significant result value was found. Third, it was confirmed that the innovation behavior of the restaurant store founder had a positive (+) significant effect on start-up satisfaction. Finally, we demonstrate that resilience moderates between environmental uncertainty and innovative behavior. The above research results intend to improve it by giving academic and practical meaning and suggesting the limitations and directions of subsequent research.
