항공서비스전공 대학생이 지각하는 신체적 자기지각이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The main purpose of the study is to investigate the structural relationship between physical self perception and employment preparation behavior and to verify the moderating effects of career decision-mak ing self-efficacy. A survey was conducted by undergraduates majoring in Airline Service. A total of 350 responses were collected and 322 valid responses were used for analysis. The results showed that the physical self-perception of undergraduates majoring in Airline Service had positive(+) impacts on employment prepa ration behavior and career decision-making self-efficacy. In addition, the mediating effect of career deci sion-making self-efficacy was verified. Therefore, the significance of this study is that it introduced the phys ical self-perception of undergraduates majoring in Airline Service as the major variation for improving em ployment preparation behavior. In the aspect of practical contributions, since physical self-perception can be improved by personal effort, the university could consider providing Physical Education courses such as Taekwondo, kendo, and Pilates for undergraduates majoring in Airline Service. Moreover, University should encourage undergraduates to participate in these physical education courses by focusing on physical zelf-perception.
