During the corona virus period, telework was applied in various domain depending on job and employment status in order to contain the spread of infectious diseases and maintain economic activity. The practice and application of telework has become an urgent research topic as a global labor phenomenon. Telework is a form of work in which labor activities are developed in an individual space rather than a communal work space where labor control was visible. En effet, the telework has resulted in the deterioration of working conditions ; working hours and labor intensity increased, emotional consumption raised, cooperation decreased, employment insecurity increased, and professional and personal life imbalances intensified. However, despite the negativity of telework on the labor society it is expected to be continued. This article focuses on the changes of the meaning of work, the community values ​​and spirit, and so the labor relations and management methods due to despatialization. Through the case of telework of France in a situation of Corona, we will understand the meaning of labor and the issues raised by the telework.
