증권기사 텍스트의 호재/악재 정보에 기반한 자질기반 감성분석
A Study of Feature-based Sentiment Analysis based on Favorable and Unfavorable Factors in Financial News

본 연구는 증권 기사에서 나타나는 기업의 평판에 영향을 미치는 호재와 악재 정보를 분석하여 해당 기업에 대한 긍정적인 정보와 부정적인 정보를 제공하는 금융 도메인 자질 기반 감성 분석 (FbSA, Feature-based Sentiment Analysis) 방법론을 소개하는 것을 목표로 한다. 웹크롤링을 통해 수집된 증권 기사를 기반으로 FbSA의 세 가지 기본 요소인 개체명, 자질, 감성 표현의 어휘, 구문 및 의미 특성을 분석하였다. 이 세 요소를 4개의 개체명 유형, 17개의 자질 유형, 3개의 감정 표현 유형으로 분류하였으며, 이는 DECO(Dictionnaire Electronique du COreen) 사전과 LGG(Local Grammar Graph)를 연계한 언어 자원의 형태로 구조화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 금융 FbSA 주석 텍스트의 구축에 있어 SSP(Semi-automatic Symbolic Propagation) 방법론을 적용하여 FbSA 주석 데이터셋을 구성하였다. 해당 데이터셋에 대한 주석 성능 평가 결과 정확율, 재현율, f1 점수로 각 0.88, 0.90, 0.90를 보였으며, 이를 통해 본 연구에서 제안한 DECO-LGG 언어 자원에 기반한 FbSA의 유용성을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to introduce an methodology for FbSA (Feature-based Sentiment Analysis) in financial domain, which provides positive and negative information of a specific company by detecting the favorable and unfavorable factors that affect the reputation of the target company from financial newspapers. Based on the web-scraped financial news, we analyzed the lexical, syntactic and semantic characteristics of the three basic elements for FbSA: Entities, Features and Sentiment expressions. These three elements were represented under 4 entity types, 17 feature categories and 3 sentiment expression types, and formalized by LGG(Local Grammar Graph) formalism associated with the DECO(Dictionnaire Electronique du COreen) dictionary. By applying the SSP(Semi-automatic Symbolic Propagation) methodology on annotating financial texts, we constructed a FbSA-annotated dataset: the evaluation of the result shows 0.88, 0.90, and 0.90 as precision, recall, and f1-score respectively, which confirms the usability of the DECO-LGG linguistic resource-based FbSA that we proposed in this study.
