프롭테크 기업의 상대적 운영 효율성에 관한 연구 - 부동산 건설사를 중심으로-

The current proptech market is distinguished in the areas of brokerage platforms and shared services such as real estate sales and transactions. In addition, various companies are trying to expand to smart construction technology and real estate development in the real estate construction market. While several construction companies are actively investing in the proptech sector and the government is also providing policy support for the proptech sector, the domestic proptech sector is growing rapidly. At present, however, the real estate construction market is mainly based on short-term financing. In addition, when there is no discussion with companies on operational efficiency, government policies that are less flexible and reckless investment by small businesses are causing problems that are vulnerable to management and management. In addition to the differences in size and form between companies, this study will analyze the operational efficiency of real estate construction companies among those who joined the Korea Proptech Forum. As an analysis method, CCR and BCC models were used among the DEA models, capital and number of employees were used as input factors, and assets and operating income and net income were used as calculation factors. Through efficiency analysis, we will present various ways to improve the operational efficiency of proptech construction companies that are sensitive to the trend of the construction economy, and will serve as the basic data for the government's policy.
