온라인교육에서 강사의 원격리더십이 학습자의 강사신뢰와 학습몰입에 주는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences trends of Instructor’s remote leadership on learner’s trust to instructor and learning flow. To achieve this purpose, through literature reviews the sub-variables (servant leadership, shared leadership and communication) of remote leadership are specificated and the relations among instructor’s remote leadership, learner’s trust to instructor and learner’s learning flow are hypothesized. And the quantitative data are collected from 824 respondents participated on A online program in S company through online survey. For the analyses, statistical methods for reliability and validity, descriptive statistics, and structural equation model are utilized. As the results of the analyses, first, the sub-variables (servant leadership, shared leadership and communication) of remote leadership have the direct influences on learner’s learning flow positively. Second, the sub-variables (servant leadership, shared leadership and communication) of remote leadership have the indirect influences on learner’s learning flow mediated by learner’s trust to instructor positively. Based on the results, discussions and implications such as application of remote leadership to online education, interpretation of mediated effects of trust to instructor, educational utilization of remote leadership for enhancing instructor’s leadership and competency and so on are suggested.
