부동산개발업자의 직업윤리 인식과 직업만족도에 관한 연구

U ntil now , the ethics of real estate developers have mainly focused on leg al and institutional controls, and they have focused on ex ternal control rather than autonom ous reg ulation. However, in this study, the perception of autonom ous professional ethics of real estate developers was investig ated, and the im plications of the research results were presented. For the analysis, the whole country was divided into 4 reg ions (Seoul area, Gyeonggi Incheon area, Gangwon Chungcheong area, YeongHonam area) , and a survey was conducted for a total of 200 real estate developers. A total of 173 survey results collected were analyz ed using the SPSS V.18.0 statistical pack ag e, freq uency analysis, ex ploratory factor analysis (EFA), reliability verification (Cronbach's α), independent t- test, and one- w ay analysis of variance. One-way AN O V A was perform ed. As a result of the analysis, the professional ethics recog niz ed by real estate developers show ed sig nificant differences in all dem og raphics. And org aniz ational ethics and public ethics recog niz ed by real estate developers had a statistically sig nificant effect on real estate developer' s job satisfaction. Through these research results, it was sug g ested as a sug g estion that such autonom ous reg ulation should be prioritiz ed, to streng then developm ent ethics education for real estate developers to have a hig h level of professional ethics req uired by society.
