본 연구는 예비창업가인 대학생들의 창업가적 리더십이 창업효능감, 회복탄력성 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 규명함과 동시에 창업효능감과 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 실증분석하였다. 수도권에 위치한 2년제 및 4년제 소속 대학생 280명을 대상으로 한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 높은 창업가적 리더십은 창업효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 창업가적 리더십은 대학생들의 회복탄력성에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 창업가적 리더십은 대학생들의 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 창업가적 리더십과 창업의도의 관계에서 창업효능감의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 즉, 창업가적 리더십은 창업의도에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만, 창업효능감을 매개로 하여 창업의도에 간접적으로 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로 창업가적 리더십과 창업의도의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 즉, 창업가적 리더십은 창업의도에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만, 회복탄력성을 매개로 하여 창업의도에 간접적으로 영향을 주었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의가 제시되었으며, 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study examines the effect of entrepreneurial leadership(EL) on entrepreneurial self-efficacy(ES), resilience, and entrepreneurial intention(EI). Also, this paper investigates the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and resilience between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study targeted 280 were as follows: First, EL had a significant positive impact on EI. Second, EL had a positive impact on ES. Third, EL had a positive effect on resilience. Fourth, mediating role of ES in the relationship between EL and EI was statistically significant. In other words, EL directly affects EI, indirectly affects EI through ES. Finally, mediating role of resilience in the relationship between EL and EI was statistically significant. In other words, EL directly affects EI, indirectly affects EI through resilience. In particular, this study presented with implications for future research, limitations of this study.
