The form style is a quiet protagonist who does not receive attention in our daily life. Forms are all around us, but most of the time we don't even notice them. However, they are deus ex machina that enable our society to function - a plot device that causes random events to conclude or resolve conflicts in literary works. Literally translated, it means "God descended from a mechanical device." It is the type of reality we tend to take for granted entirely, as it arises from what we blindly rely on and often continue to exist. The term 'form' (obvious homonym for 'form' intended as 'form'), which can be confused due to lexical ambiguity, is an application, registration, certificate, invoice, questionnaire, declaration, ticket with a number of identifiable categories. Although only a few of them, the lowest common denominator is the fact that they transmit information. We trust, but not particularly like, forms: they are unavoidable necessities that are unconsciously associated with negative, annoying, and unpleasant events and places such as accidents, bills, and hospitals. Thus, the discomfort of forms experienced by both users and providers is very natural and almost unavoidable given the poor, obscure, unattractive and unfriendly design that most forms 'suffer'. By analyzing the characteristics and elements of these forms, I would like to suggest a way to make the forms indispensable in modern society a little closer to people.
