초록

Even if higher education is converted from offline face-to-face education to non-face-to-face online education due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students need to receive normal education such as face-to-face education, and instructors need to educate learners. How to ensure that students receive good classes and feedback in various learning environments is an important topic for educators to explore in depth. This study empirically analyzed the educational status and influencing factors of online lectures for 387 college students majoring in video arts at Shanxi Normal University. As a result, it was necessary to improve the ability to construct interactions necessary for online instructional design and education in terms of policies and systems. In terms of technical support, it is necessary to establish a network platform, software, and smart platforms. In terms of service security, universities have the interaction of instructors. Improve the learning platform. It is required to establish a network education technology service guarantee system. In addition, we propose changes and alternatives for online education reform in higher education in the COVID-19 era. This study is expected to be used for the training of future high-quality talents and the innovative development of interactive education in Department Art of Film and Television major education.
