토픽모델링을 적용한 부산 지역 사회복지관의 비전선언문 분석

The purpose of this study is to present implications for the organizational innovation by performing a topic modeling analysis of the vision statements of community welfare centers. The researcher aimed to collected vision statements of all community welfare centers in Busan and was able to obtain 86 vision statements. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the top keywords were community welfare centers, residents, practice, welfare, community, happiness, service, professional, communication, person, establishment, professionalism, person with disability, realization, growth, change, and hope. Second, eight topics were developed: ‘the reinforcement of communication and network for the change and growth of the community’, ‘the creation of trust and satisfaction for social integration of the person with disability’, ‘practice and development efforts for the satisfaction of residents’, ‘the realization of social involvement for happy life and active ageing of the elderly’, ‘the development of professionalism to provide quality services’, ‘the revitalization of local communities for happy and hopeful residents’, ‘the practice of humanity and love in pursuit of community and party change’, and ‘the creation and establishment of an inclusive environment for the empowerment of each party’. Finally, the topics of the ‘reinforcement of communication and network for the change and growth of the community’ and ‘network for the change and growth of the community’ were most used in the social welfare centers. And the rehabilitation center had a high proportion of topics such as 'the creation of trust and satisfaction for social integration of the person with disability’. On the other hand, ‘‘the realization of social involvement for happy life and active ageing of the elderly’ was most frequent in the senior welfare centers. Based on these findings, the study presented implications for the organizational innovation in the post-COVID era.
