연구 목적: 이 연구는 간호대학생의 건강앰버서더 활동 경험이 변혁적 리더십, 전공몰입, 사회적 책무성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 연구 방법: 연구 대상은 G광역시 소재 일개 대학의 건강앰버서더 활동에 참여한 3, 4학년 간호대학생 28명을 대상으로 한 단일군 사전･사후 실험설계(one group pre/post test design)이다. 연구기간은 2022년 6월 20일부터 2022년 8월 31일까지였고, 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성은 실수와 백분율 및 평균과 표준편차로 분석하였으며, 건강앰버서더 활동의 효과 검정을 위해 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과, 건강앰버서더 활동 경험을 한 간호대학생의 변혁적 리더십(t=-3.444, p=.002)은 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 전공몰입(t=-1.200, p=.240)과 사회적 책무성(t=-.374, p=.712)은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론 및 제언: 간호대학생의 건강앰버서더 활동 경험은 변혁적 리더십에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 변혁적 리더십을 향상하기 위해 건강앰버서더 활동과 같은 다양한 사회적 참여 활동이 활성화되기를 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of nursing students’ health ambassador activity experience on transformational leadership, major commitment, and social responsibility. The subject of this study was a one group pre/post test design targeting 28 3rd and 4th year nursing students who participated in health ambassador activities at a university located in G city. The study period was from June 20, 2022 to Aug. 31, 2022, For data analysis, SPSS WIN 27.0 program was used, and the general characteristics of the study subjects were analyzed by real number, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and by paired t-test to test the effect of health ambassador activity. As a result of the study, the transformational leadership (t=-3.444, p=.002) of nursing students who had experience in health ambassador activities showed a significant difference, and showed a significant difference in major commitment (t=-1.200, p=.240) and social responsibility (t=-.374, p=.712) showed no significant difference. It was confirmed that nursing students’ experience of health ambassador activities had a positive effect on improving transformational leadership. It is expected that various social participation activities such as health ambassador activities will be activated to improve the transformational leadership of nursing students.
