비대면 수업에서의 PBL 교수법을 활용한 문제해결형 창업교육 사례 연구

연구 목적: 본 연구에서는 비대면 교육환경에서 PBL 교수법을 통한 문제해결형 창업교육 시행을 위해 PBL과제를 개발하고 효과성과 만족도를 높이는 요인에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 방법: 이를 위해 기제시된 문제해결 및 가치창출 프로세스를 도입하여 각 단계에서 요구되는 기업가적 역량과 창업시행 역량 함양과 관련된 PBL시나리오를 개발하였고 이를 토대로 수업을 시행한 후 학습자를 대상으로 학습효과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 그 결과 PBL수업방식이 다른 수업대비 학습내용을 이해하는 등에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습자의 만족도를 높이는 요인으로 교수자의 역할과 태도, 실습 및 참여중심의 수업진행, 문제해결 중심의 교육내용 등이 나타났으며 개선요인으로는 학생참여와 학습자 참여동기, 평가의 공정성 등이 제시되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 비대면 창업교육에서 PBL을 도입하기 위한 시나리오를 개발하여 학습자의 기업가적 역량을 강화하는 방안을 마련한 연구로 PBL을 통한 비대면 창업교육의 만족도를 높이는 요인을 구체화했다는데 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
In this study, in order to implement problem-solving start-up education through PBL teaching method in a non-face-to-face educational environment, PBL problems (scenarios) were developed and factors that increase effectiveness and satisfaction were analyzed. To this end, a PBL scenario related to entrepreneurial competency and start-up implementation competency was developed by introducing the previously proposed problem-solving and value-creating process, and based on this, a questionnaire was conducted on learners. As a result, it was found that the PBL class method was helpful in understanding the learning content compared to other classes. In addition, the role and attitude of instructors, practice and participation-oriented classes, and problem-solving-oriented educational content were suggested as factors to increase learners’ satisfaction, and student participation motivation, and fairness in evaluation were suggested. This study is meaningful to specify the factors that increase the satisfaction of non-face-to-face start-up education through PBL teaching method.
