창업자 특성이 창업만족도에 미치는 영향: 멘토링 기능의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록
연구 목적: 본 연구는 창업자 특성이 창업만족도와의 영향관계를 알아보는 한편 멘토링 기능의 조절효과를 더불어 분석하고 창업만족도를 향상시키고 창업성공률을 높이는데 효율적인 이용방안을 도출하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 기존 연구를 기반으로 연구가설을 설정하고 기창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 24.0을 통해 실증분석을 진행하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 창업자 특성을 심리적 특성 및 배경적 특성으로 구분하여 창업만족도에 미치는 영향과 멘토링 기능의 조절효과에 대한 검증되었다. 결론 및 제언: 분석결과, 창업자의 심리적 특성 및 배경적 특성이 창업만족도에 정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업만족도 간의 관계에서 멘토링 기능의 조절효과도 검증되었으며, 창업자의 심리적 특성 및 배경적 특성 및 멘토링 기능이 창업자의 창업만족도를 항상 시킬 수 있는 중요한 요인으로 규명하였다. 또한 연구결과를 기반으로 시사점 및 향후 연구의 과제를 도출하였다.
Abstract
This study classified the characteristics of founders into psychological characteristics and background characteristics, and verified the effect on entrepreneurial satisfaction and the moderating effect of the mentoring function. Based on the research results, it was confirmed that the psychological characteristics and background characteristics of the founders and the mentoring function were important factors that can always increase the founder's entrepreneurial satisfaction. In addition, implications and future research tasks were derived based on the research results.
