비서전공 수업에서 플립러닝 학습만족도와 학습지속의향 영향요인

This study applied flipped learning in the secretarial classes and tried to identify factors affecting learning satisfaction and learning intention. A survey was conducted on students who took 4 flipped learning classes in the second semester of 2021 and the first semester of 2022 in the secretary classes. Reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS program for a total of 112 valid respondents. The analysis results are as follows. First, the grade had a significant effect on the learning satisfaction, and the third year students showed a significantly higher learning satisfaction than the lower year students. Second, pre-learning participation and convenience had a significant effect on learning satisfaction, and convenience had the greatest effect on learning satisfaction. Third, pre-learning participation, convenience, and learning satisfaction had a significant effect on the learning intention and it was found that learning satisfaction had the greatest effect on the learning intention. These research results suggest that it is necessary to consider the learner level by grade and the importance of class design and operation considering class satisfaction in flipped learning.
