피아노 교습을 위한 융합 기술의 발전 동향 연구 -특허 분석을 중심으로-
A Study on the Development Trend of Convergence Technology for Piano Teaching -Focusing on Patent Analysis-

특허 분석을 통하여 최근 20년 동안의 피아노 교습 융합 기술 발전 동향을 검토하고 미래의 기술 발전 방향을 전망하였다. 2016년 내지 2017년 이후부터 스마트기기를 함께 사용하는 어쿠스틱 피아노 교습 기술에 대한 특허 출원의 증가 추세가 확인되었으며 전자피아노 교습 기술에 대한 특허 출원 감소가 확인되었다. 2015년까지는 다양한 추가 기기를 활용하는 피아노 교습 기술이 개발되었으나, 2016년 이후부터 스마트기기를 활용하는 피아노 교습 기술이 점진적으로 증가하여 2020년에는 전체 특허의 약 60%에 이르렀다. 또한, 2016년부터 자가 테스트 방식으로, 소프트웨어를 이용한 자동 평가 목적의 피아노 교습 기술 특허의 증가 추세가 확인되었다. 미래에는 스마트기기의 기술 발전과 더불어 어쿠스틱 피아노를 활용하는 교습 기술이 계속 발전할 것이며, 전자피아노를 활용한 교습 기술은 크게 증가하지 않을 것으로 전망된다. 또한, 스마트기기의 정보처리능력 발전과 더불어 피아노 연주 능력을 자가 테스트하는 소프트웨어 기술 발전도 계속될 것으로 전망된다.
Abstract
Through patent analysis, the development trend of piano teaching convergence technology for the past 20 years was reviewed and the direction of future technology development was predicted. Since 2016 and 2017, an increasing trend of patent applications for acoustic piano teaching technology using smart devices has been confirmed, and a decrease in electronic piano teaching technology has been confirmed. Until 2015, there were piano teaching technologies using various types of additional devices, but since 2016, piano teaching technologies using smart devices have increased, reaching about 60% of the total technologies in 2020. Since 2016, an increasing trend of piano teaching technology patents for the purpose of automatic evaluation using software has been confirmed in a self-test method. In the future, along with the technological development of smart devices, teaching technology using acoustic pianos will continue to develop, and teaching technology using electronic pianos is not expected to increase significantly. In addition, along with the development of information processing capabilities of smart devices, the development of software technology that self-tests the ability to play the piano is expected to continue.
