창업가역량과 지원정책이 창업의지와 창업행동에 미치는 영향: 시니어 창업을 중심으로

Recently, as the number of seniors who want to continue social participation and economic activities after retirement and seniors with start-up competence who try to change their careers before and after retirement increases, it is necessary to promote start-up support policy that include start-up education and support for seniors. The purpose of this study is to categorize the factors that move seniors' start-up intention into action into entrepreneurial competence and start-up support policy and to empirically analyze the effect on start-up intention and start-up behavior. Entrepreneur competence was divided into technical competence and creative competence, and start-up support policy was divided into educational support and financial support. A survey was conducted through the Internet for seniors over the age of 40. For statistical analysis, SPSS 23.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the hypotheses H1 and H2 that senior Entrepreneur competence and start-up support policy have a significant effect on the start-up intention were adopted. Second, hypothesis H3, that the start-up intention of senior entrepreneurs has a significant effect on start-up behavior, was adopted. The results of this study suggest that creativity to create new values and startup educational support to relieve anxiety about starting a business are very important factors in senior startup.
