초록
본 연구는 MICE 스킬을 6가지 하위요인으로 도출하여 MICE 지속적 참여와의 관계성 연구를주된 주제로 진행하였으며, 참가자의 MICE 스킬, MICE 제약과 MICE 지속적 참여에 대한 관계성을 규명하기 위해 MICE 참가자를 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. MICE 참가에 있어서 MICE 스킬의 중요성에대한 인식과 개념정립이 매우 희박하고 이에 대한 선행연구의 희소성으로 인해, MICE 분야의 연구에서MICE 스킬에 대한 보다 학술적이고 이론적인 접근의 필요성과 당위성을 충족시키는 기능과 역할을 수행하는데 의미를 둘 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 MICE에 참여한 참가자들 대상으로 2021년11월 30-12월 02일 까지, 151부의 오프라인 설문을 통한 연구결과를 기반으로 실증 연구가 수행되었다. 첫째, MICE 스킬은(지식수준, 정보수준, 기술수준, 관광수준, 경험수준, 환경수준)으로 6개 요인으로 도출했으며 연구가설의 종합적인 결과는 측정된 변수간의 관계가 양호하게 나타나 제시된 전체 가설이 부분 채택되었다. 둘째, MICE 지속적 참여에 직접적인 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 지식수준, 정보수준, 스킬요인 중 지식수준이 가장 큰 영향을 주는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내재적제약이 대인적 제약 보다 상대적으로MICE 지속적 참여에 부(-)의 영향을 많이 미쳤고, 마지막으로 내재적제약 만이 MICE 스킬과 MICE 지속적참여 간에 매개역할을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 국내 전시회 참가자들 대상으로 수행되었기에 추후 연구에서는 보다 다양한 글로벌 MICE 참가자와 수요자 등을 체계적인 차별성을 고려한 연구모형을 검증하여 학문적완성도 제고와 함께, 실물경제적으로 국제적인 MICE 활성화를 위한 대안을 제시하는 보다 현실성 있는연구가 요구된다.
Abstract
This study deduced MICE skills into 6 sub-factors and conducted a study on the relationship between MICE continuity as the main topic. An empirical analysis was conducted on MICE participants to identify the relationship between skills, MICE constraints, and MICE continous participation. Due to the scarcity of recognition and concept of the importance of MICE skills in MICE participation as well as the lack of prior research, a function that satisfies the necessity and justification for a more academic and theoretical approach to MICE skills in research in the field of MICE can be meaningful. First, MICE skills were derived from six factors, and the overall result of the research hypothesis showed that the relationship between the measured variables was good. Second, among the knowledge level, information level, technology level, and skill factors that directly have positive effect on MICE participation persistence, knowledge level was found to be the most important factor. Third, the intrinsic constraint had a greater negative(-) effect on the persistence of MICE participation than the interpersonal constraint. Finally, only the intrinsic constraint showed a mediating role between the MICE skill and the persistence of MICE participation. Since this study was conducted on participants in domestic exhibitions, future studies can verify a research model that considers more diverse global MICE participants and demographic differences to improve academic perfection and suggest alternatives for activating international MICE in the real economy.
