셀프리더십이 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 조직지원인식의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로

This study is to verify the mediating effect of organizational commitment(OC) and the moderated mediating effect of perceived organizational support(POS) in the process of self-leadership’s impact on organizational citizenship behaviors(OCBs). For this purpose, the hypotheses were verified through the SPSS Process Macro with sample data collected from 338 employees in domestic companies and public institutions. The finding shows that self-leadership has a significant positive effect on OCBs, and that OC mediates the relationship between self-leadership and OCBs. In addition, POS has been shown to moderate the positive mediating relationship between self-leadership and OCBs by OC. In other words, this paper confirmed that the higher the POS, the greater the mediating effect of OC in the relationship between self-leadership and OCBs. These findings show that the higher the POS that individuals have, the more positive POS can affect the way individuals behave within an organization. This study has contributed to enhancing a better understanding of the different ways in which individuals expressing self-leadership are engaged in a particular outcome and expanding their research on self-leadership.
