지역공동체 발전 방안 연구: 커뮤니티 웰빙 수준 측정을 중심으로

Currently, Ulleung-gun is a basic organization with the smallest population in Korea, and is experiencing rapid aging and population decline. Therefore, in this study, the effect of community well-being satisfaction of local residents on happiness level, local sense of belonging, and life satisfaction was investigated. For this study, 541 significant questionnaires were obtained from the survey data conducted by Ulleung-gun to identify the quantitative and qualitative level of life from August 20 to September 04, 2020 for citizens aged 15 and over. was performed, and data analysis was performed using the SPSS statistical program. The results and implications of this study are as follows. First, job satisfaction, cultural facilities (Dokdo), and social safety were found to have a significant effect on the level of happiness. In order to increase the level of happiness, a certain amount of income must be guaranteed for personal health and future stability, and it is judged that the level of happiness of local residents will be further enhanced when the social safety of the local area is secured. Second, the sense of community was found to have a significant effect on the sense of belonging to the region. Therefore, in order to increase the sense of belonging to the residential area and to integrate the society, it is necessary to design and operate a program that can recover the sense of community by age group. Third, job satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on life satisfaction. Therefore, it is judged that local government support for public jobs is necessary in consideration of the household income range.
