AHP를 활용한 장애인체육 정책수립 시 고려해야 할 요인에 관한 연구 : 정책 공급자 및 정책 수요자를 중심으로

This study classified and studied the opinions of policy providers and policy consumers to suggest the direction of policy establishment for the disabled in Korea. As a research method, factors to be considered when establishing an athletic policy for the disabled were derived through a literature review of previous studies. Through hierarchical analysis, the relative importance of each factor was identified. Both groups recognized the human rights factor for the disabled as the most important, and had a common point, and differences of opinion occurred in the 2nd and 3rd priorities. It was found that policy providers recognized administrative and legal factors as important, and policy consumers recognized sports infrastructure factors as important. It was found that when establishing a sports policy for the disabled, policy providers need to consider sports infrastructure and performance improvement, and policy consumers need to propose requirements in consideration of laws and systems, and provide opinions on system and legal improvement. It was found that it is necessary to establish a sports policy for the disabled by understanding each group's level of awareness and collecting opinions.
