기업의 ESG 사회적요인이 판매직 여성노동자 건강에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed the effects of corporate ESG social factors such as monthly income, employment type, workplace size, household income contribution, job satisfaction, and union presence on the health effects of 2,885 female sales workers. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the answer to whether or not there is a labor union, work satisfaction, and household income-expenditure balance had a significant effect on the health status of female sales workers. Although no health problems were identified in non-regular workers compared to regular workers, it was confirmed that regular workers were indirectly good for their health due to higher job satisfaction. In the case of female sales workers, if they are part-time workers, if they answered that there is no union, if the household income-expenditure balance is difficult, and if they contribute equally to households or if the contribution is low, it is confirmed that their job satisfaction deteriorates, which indirectly has a negative effect on their health. . As such, it was confirmed that work satisfaction, household income-expenditure balance, freedom of association, and employment type, which are ESG social factors, directly or indirectly affect the health of female workers. The significance of this study is that it provided the meaning of corporate ESG social factors as a policy alternative to the shortage of working age population in a super- aged society if a policy to improve the health of female workers through corporate ESG social factors was made through this study.
