The Digital Platform Government Committee was officially launched as a presidential committee on September 2, 2022. Its main mission is to create a foundation for opening and using high-quality data by implementing a digital platform government, and to innovate the way the government works by using cutting-edge technologies such as AI and big data. There are various tasks, such as preparing a plan to create a virtuous cycle ecosystem in which the private and public sectors grow together and realizing a safe and convenient digital government, but in particular, the task of supporting state administration is included as a new task. This task is to support the government's policy decision-making, such as monitoring major policies based on artificial intelligence and big data in the era of great digital transformation, analyzing issues when they occur, and presenting new policy alternatives, tentatively called digital state affairs management. Although this study received negative views from academia and the media, such as the ambiguity of the concept of digital platform government in the early stage of government and whether or not it was successful, the digital state affairs management framework design and detailed operation process were interpreted with a focus on the next-generation budget accounting system construction case. , suggested policy implications to increase the feasibility of digital platform government by analyzing the current state and future risk factors of artificial intelligence and big data technologies and industries as core technologies
