공공기관의 ESG 경영 도입 우선순위 분석과 추진전략 연구

ESG management is introduced by many companies along with the needs of corporate stakeholders, and there cannot be an exception to the introduction of ESG management in public institutions. This study was conducted by ESG management planning and promotion managers who are working at public institutions from the perspective of urgency of introduction and efficiency of resource input to establish a promotion strategy for ESG management introduction by public institutions, and analyzed the results using AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process). As a result of the analysis, environmental management goals and plans, prohibition of worker discrimination and workplace harassment, consumer safety and personal information protection were high priority from the perspective of urgency and resource input efficiency, and they should be promoted as a top priority. Establishment of a greenhouse gas emission minimization management system, and fair trade to partners were factors that need policy support because they have high urgency of introduction but low efficiency of resource input. As the results of this study, it is intended to present implications for practicing ESG management efficiently by prioritizing the promotion strategy of introducing ESG management of public institutions.
