애착 유형이 심리적 임파워먼트, 창의적 프로세스 몰입, 혁신 행동에 미치는 차별화 효과: 안정 애착을 중심으로

Most studies on attachment theory have investigated the relationship between close relationships and psychological factors. This study extends attachment theory to a task-related domain - creative process engagement and innovative behavior. This study using an experimental study for a casual explanation primed attachment style (i.e., secure, anxious, avoidant attachment). After the prime process, participants rated to subsequent measures on psychological empowerment, creative process engagement, and innovative behavior. The findings of this study show that participants primed with securely attached conditions perceived more psychological empowerment than those in the other (anxiously attached & avoidantly attached prime) condition. Also, participants in the attachment-security condition perceived more creative process engagement and innovative behavior than those in the other conditions. Thus, attachment security enhanced the psychological empowerment, which boosted creative process engagement and innovative behavior. This study expands the prior research domains on attachment theory and psychological mechanism. In conclusions, the further theoretical contributions, practical implications and limitations of our results are discussed.
