ESG경영을 위한 기독교 관점의 공유가치 정립

There are many things that the church can communicate with the community and wisely practice its missionary mission. There are many cases that the local church can refer to in ESG management. In order to establish and realize ESGvalues, it is necessary to make the following efforts to realize Christian values in the field of practicing ESG management through the formation of Christian discourse on ESG aspects. First, ESG's environment (E) perspective is critical to efforts to restore the order of creation at the level of human respect at the church level. The restoration of the creation order begins with the recovery of the fertility rate, and church-level efforts are needed to set and implement the next-generation faith education for them as an indicator of the ESG environment (E). Second, in terms of social (S) responsibility, efforts are needed to resolve various social gaps, and it is also necessary to set indicators at the social (S) level of ESG. Effective support for small churches and rural churches to bridge the church gap should be implemented at the social (S) level of ESG. Third, governance (G) is a highly sensitive task: society emphasizes transparent governance. The church also needs to make efforts to inform the church and the community about the leadership change and the elected leader. Fourth, in order to practice ESG management at the church level, it is necessary to develop relevant indicators and to make and distribute related textbooks that can be used in schools of all levels. At the academic level, efforts should be made to hold continuous academic conferences or to select excellent churches for the publication of theses. Korean churches are also faithful to worship and mission, which are the essence of the church, but change and innovation efforts necessary for social change and digital age are needed in the dimension of ESG management practice.
