본 연구의 목적은 한국컴패션의 그로잉252 프로그램에 참여하는 5-10세 어린이의 전인적 양육을 점검하기 위해 개발된 진단도구의 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 구체적으로 진단과정에서의 부담감을 낮추기 위하여 문항 간소화·맥락화를 시도하였으며, 진단 결과의 활용도를 제고하기 위해 진단 결과보고서의 제공양식 및 방법을 개선하였다. 이를 위해서 기존 진단도구의 문제와 개선 방향을 이해관계자 인터뷰 및 전문가 패널 토의를 통해 도출하였다. 개선된 진단도구의 타당성은 교사·부모(N=10)를 대상으로 한 초점집단인터뷰와 기독교교육·교육공학 분야 전문가(N=13)를 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구는 어린이의 전인적 양육에 관여하는 이해관계자들과 소통하는 과정에서 문제를 발견하고(ESG의 사회적 측면), 현장 실천가들과 영역 전문가들의 협업을 통해 해결의 단서를 제안했다는 점(ESG의 거버넌스 측면)에서 의미가 있다. 개선된 진단도구는 교사와 부모가 상호 소통하면서 어린이의 전인적 양육에 참여하게 하는 플랫폼이 될 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the diagnostic tool developed to check the holistic nurturing of children aged 5-10 participating in the Growing 252 program of Compassion Korea. Specifically, in order to reduce the burden during the diagnostic process, the questions were simplified and contextualized, and the format and method of providing diagnostic reports were modified to enhance the usability of the diagnosis results. To this end, the problems and improvement directions of the existing diagnostic tools were derived through stakeholder interviews and expert panel discussions. The validity of the improved diagnostic tool was verified through a focus group interview targeting teachers and parents (N=10) and a Delphi survey targeting experts in Christian education and educational technology (N=13). This study found problems in the process of communicating with stakeholders involved in the holistic upbringing of children (social (S) aspect), and suggested clues to solutions through collaboration between field practitioners and field experts (government structure (G) aspect). The improved diagnosis tool will become a platform that allows teachers and parents to communicate with each other and participate in holistic child nurturing.
