비경영계열 대학생의 전공계열별 특성에 따른 교양회계교육모형

[연구목적]비경영계열 학생들을 대상으로 하는 교양회계교육은 ‘회계정보 이용자’ 중심의 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 교육환경을 가지고 있다. 연구목적은 비경영계열 대학생의 전공계열별 특성을 고려한 교양회계교육모형을 개발하는 것이다. [연구방법]교양회계교육모형의 교육내용과 교수법을 탐색하고 모형의 타당도를 높이기 위해 델파이 조사 방법을 이용해 학계와 산업계의 20명의 전문가들로부터 교양회계교육에 대한 의견을 3차례에 걸쳐서 수집해 분석하였다. [연구결과]전문가들은 비경영계열 대학생에 대한 교양회계교육의 필요성은 동의했지만, 그 이유에 대해서는 차이가 있었다. 인문사회계열 전문가들은 자본주의 사회의 이해, 이공계열 전문가들은 연구비의 투명한 관리와 졸업 이후의 진로, 예체능계열 전문가들은 공연예산 및 운영의 계획 수립을 위해 교양회계교육이 필요하다고 했다. 본 연구는 전공계열별 특성에 따른 차이를 고려한 모듈형 교양회계교육모형을 제시하였다. [연구의 시사점]교양회계교육모형이 학제적 융복합 교육을 통한 창의적 인재양성이라는 21세기 한국 사회가 회계교육에 바라는 교육내용과 교육방식의 변화에 긍정적 영향을 주길 기대한다.
Abstract
[Purpose]General elective accounting education for non－business students faces an education environment in which ‘accounting information users’ are centered. The purpose of study is to develop a general elective accounting education model that fully considers the characteristics of major in non－business major college students. [Methodology]In order to explore the educational contents and teaching methods of the general elective accounting education model and to increase the validity of the model, we collected opinions from 20 experts in academia and industry and analyzed their opinions using the Delphi survey method. [Findings]While experts agreed on the necessity of general elective accounting education for non－business students, they provided different reasons. This study presents a modular general elective accounting education model considering the different characteristics across majors. [Implications]The authors expect the model of general elective accounting education to have a positive effect on the changes in educational content and education methods.
