실버타운 입주대상자의 객관적 삶의 질이 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study examined five measures for measuring the quality of life of the elderly over 60s and older who are subject to moving into a silver town, of which OPQOL(Older People’s Quality of Life Questionnaire), an objective measure, and CASP(Control, Autonomy, Self-realization, and Pleasure)-19, a subjective measure, were classified. First, we identified how the quality of objective life affects the subjective quality of life. In addition, as a parameter of loneliness, a representative negative emotion of the elderly, we looked at the mediating effect of loneliness in the effect of objective quality of life on loneliness, the impact of loneliness on subjective quality of life, and objective quality of life on subjective quality of life. As a result, it was confirmed that among the objective quality of life factors, psychological well-being, health, leisure and activities, religion/culture, and financial circumstances each affect the subjective quality of life in the direction of affection (+). In addition, it was confirmed that social relationships, home and neighbors, leisure and activities affect loneliness in the direction of wealth (-).
