지역·산업맞춤형 일자리창출 지원사업을 통한 취·창업 교육 사례연구 -온라인커머스를 위한 크리에이터 전문가 양성교육을 중심으로-

Based on the results of the regional and industrial job creation support project organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, this study aims to analyze the impact of educational plans, composition, processes, and results reflecting regional characteristics on local industry revitalization and propose scalability of future media education projects. As a result of the 2021 "Cultivating Creator Experts for Online Commerce" project for young people in Yangju, Gyeonggi-do, meaningful success stories were drawn at a time when the demand and supply of media production in the local industry were not balanced. Through this educational project, local governments' educational support activities to advance local economic activities achieved the purpose of revitalizing the local economy by increasing the economically active population, which further increased the need for specialized media production education. In addition, education tailored to the local industry of education consumers is expected to further expand not only to reemployment but also to the area of start-up. Through this case study, it is expected that systematic media production education for the development of local industries will open up the possibility of a virtuous cycle structure of regional industrial development.
