스포츠안전사고의 법적 판례를 통한 책임 고찰

This study aims to confirm what kind of duty of care and duty of supervision must be fulfilled in order to prevent safety accidents in sports activities and to take reasonable measures. The research method focused on literature research and precedent analysis, and from 2004 to 2019, among safety accidents related to sports, sports, and exercise nationwide, the cases in which lawsuits were concluded in the Supreme Court, High Court, and District Court were formed and precedents were formed. In addition, in order to prevent sports safety accidents, it is first necessary to prepare a checklist for preparation for sports events, and a system must be prepared to ensure that all persons involved in sports events can complete safety education as a mandatory requirement. Currently, the Sports Safety Foundation has prepared sports safety guidelines related to sports events, and based on this, it is necessary to amend the compulsory law that all sports events officials must complete them. If safety accidents can be prevented only by introducing such a system, the relevant personnel will be able to establish appropriate relief measures through thorough preparation for supervisory duties.
