DEA를 이용한 전환사채 투자 적정성 분석 : 문화콘텐츠 관련 기업을 중심으로

초록
최근 금리가 상승하면서 채권에 대한 차환 발행 위험이 초래되고 있다. 특히 중견 이하의 기업에서 자금 조달 목적으로 발행하는 메자닌 상품의 경우에는 문화콘텐츠 산업 관련 기업의 발행 규모가 매년 증가하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에는 문화콘텐츠 산업 부문이 세계 시장에서 큰 관심을 받고 있고 해당 산업에 대한 유동성 공급이 적절하게 이뤄져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자료포락분석을 이용해 메자닌 상품의 효율성 점수를 산출하고 이에 대한 상환 성과를 분석한다. 이를 위해 메자닌 상품에 맞게 회계 자료를 토대로 재무 건전성, 발행 건전성 그리고 변수 건전성으로 나눠 투입 요소를 정의하고 매출액과 당기순이익 그리고 영업이익을 산출 요소로 정의한다. 2018년도부터 2021년까지 발행한 약 350개의 전환사채를 대상으로 실험을 한 결과, 효율성 점수가 약 6~7점 이상인 그룹에서 패리티가 약 1.7을 보였는데 이는 효율성 점수가 높을수록 상환 성능에서 우수하다는 것을 입증했다. 본 논문은 경영과학 분야에서 사용하는 자료포락분석을 기업이 아닌 금융 상품에 적용했다는 것과 금융 상품에 맞게 투입 요소를 정의한 것에서 의의가 있다고 판단된다.
Abstract
As interest rates rise, the risk of issuing car exchange for bonds.In particular, in the case of Melin products issued by companies under mid-sized enterprises under mid-sized companies, are increasing every year.In Korea, the case of Korea, the cultural industry sector should be appropriately interested in the world market market, so liquidity supply for the industry.Therefore, this study analyzes the efficiency score of the membrane using data distribution analysis and analyze the efficiency score for this study.To this end, based on accounting data based on accounting data based on accounting data, issuance soundness, issuance soundness, net profitability, and operating profit, net profit, net profit and sales.As a result of experiment of about 350 convertible bonds issued by 2021, the efficiency score issued by 2021, the higher efficiency score, and the higher efficiency score is excellent in repayment performance.This paper is judged that it is meaningful from defining the financial products used in the management science sector, not a company that is meaningful from the financial products used in the management science products.
