An Exploratory Study for Sustainable Tourism and MICE Organization Management: The Effect of ESG Management on Organizational Trust and Loyalty

The tourism and MICE industry, which is stagnant due to the influence of COVID- 19, sustainable management became a matter of survival rather than choice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the ESG management components of tourism and MICE organizations and to verify the effect of ESG management on the organizational trust and loyalty of employees. The measurement items were analyzed with SPSS 24.0. Sampling in this study was limited to employeesthe worker of tourism and MICE public institutions. As a result, ESG management had a positive effect on organizational trust, and ESG management activities had an effect on organizational loyalty through organizational trust. Based on these results, tourism and MICE organizations can be an indicator of sustainable management by improving ESG management's loyalty and directions for development in the tourism and MICE fields were suggested
