This study is a study on the organizational effectiveness of the standard model for corruption risk management of social innovation companies. The purpose of the study is to examine the case of the standard model of corruption risk management of Nonghyup, a representative social innovation company in Korea, and to provide implications on the organizational effectiveness of social innovation companies for anti-corruption risk management. The research method provided implications for the management plan by deriving organizational effectiveness through interviews with the person in charge about effective system construction methods and procedures in the process of establishing a standard model for corruption risk management of local agricultural cooperatives. As a result of the study, in order to increase the organizational effectiveness of the management standard model, first, it is necessary to recognize the will to innovate and organizational support of top management. Second, Staff's integrated capacity to integrate and operate the gap difference between the ISO international standard model and the management system is needed. Third, an accurate risk identification and management system for key issues is needed. Fourth, it is the necessity of communication according to policy and company-wide awareness education. Fifth, it is the importance of continuous improvement execution activities and feedback.
