키오스크 의인화 여부에 따른 고령소비자의 인식 및 만족도 분석

본 논문에서는 고령소비자를 대상으로 셀프서비스 기술 중 하나인 키오스크의 의인화 여부에 따라 고령소비자가 인식하는 심리적 부담감, 기능적 친숙도, 유용성, 사용 용이성, 만족도 등에 차이가 있는지, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다른지 등을 살펴보았다. 50-70대 사이의 소비자 334명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 무작위로 할당된 집단에 각각 의인화된 키오스크 영상과 비의인화된 키오스크 영상을 시청하도록 한 뒤, 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의인화된 키오스크 영상을 시청한 고령소비자는 심리적 부담감은 더 낮아졌고, 기능적 친숙도와 만족도는 더 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의인화된 키오스크 영상을 시청한 고령소비자는 유용성 및 사용 용이성을 더 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의인화된 키오스크 영상을 시청한 고령소비자는 그렇지 않은 경우와 달리 기능적 친숙도가 만족도에 주된 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 고령소비자가 변화하는 시장환경에서 효과적으로 적응할 수 있도록 의인화된 키오스크의 확대 운영 및 교육프로그램 등을 포함한 다양한 지원방안을 고려할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
This study examined whether there is a difference in the level of perception of elderly consumers and the factors affecting satisfaction according to the anthropomorphc kiosk, one of the self-service technologies for elderly consumers. For 334 consumers between 50s and 70s, anthropomorphic kiosk videos and non-anthropomorphic kiosk videos are randomly viewed in the assigned group, and results of analysis are as follows. First, it was found that elderly consumers who watched anthropomorphic kiosk videos had lower psychological burdens, and functional familiarity and satisfaction were higher. Second, it was found that elderly consumers who watched anthropomorphic kiosk videos more positively perceived usefulness and ease of use. Third, it was found that functional familiarity had a major effect on satisfaction for elderly consumers who watched anthropomorphic kiosk videos, unlike those who did not. Therefore, it is necessary to help elderly consumers effectively adapt to a changing market environment by considering various support measures, such as expanding and operating anthropomorphic kiosks or conducting educational programs for elderly consumers.
