The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of achievement goal orientation and learning emotion on learning flow of secretarial college students and the moderating effect of lectures’ communication style in the relationship between them. The results of the study are as follow; Firstly, Among achievement goal orientation, mastery approach orientation and performance-approach goal orientation had a positive significant effect on learning flow. Second, it was found that positive learning emotion had a positive significant effect on learning flow. Third, among the instructor's communication styles, it was confirmed that the trust type, cooperative type, and professional types moderated the relationship between the learner's mastery approach orientation and its influence on learning flow. Fourth, it was found that among the communication styles of the instructors, the cooperative type and the professional type moderated the relationship between the positive learning emotion of the learner and the influence on learning flow. type modulate the relationship in which learner's positive learning emotion affects learning flow.
