본 연구는 지식재산권의 범주에 속하는 지식재산정보 검색서비스에 대한 서비스품질이 이용자의 사용의도와 이용자만족 그리고 혜택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 확인하고자, 국내에서 IP정보검색서비스 이용자를 대상으로 국내 민간과 공공 IP정보서비스를 이용하는 일반 이용자 및 기업의 전담부서 및 전담인력 등을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. SmartPLS 4.0을 통해 결과를 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. IP정보 검색시스템의 서비스품질의 4가지 차원인 디자인과 기능, 정보품질, 신뢰성, 시스템 반응성은 이용자 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 활용성에 대해서는 정보품질과 신뢰성이 유의하지 않은 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되어 기각되었다. 또 IP정보검색서비스 공급자가 제공하는 서비스품질에 대한 전반적인 이용자 만족과 이용성과 측면인 시간과 비용의 절감과 같은 이용자 혜택 간의 관계에서 이용자의 장기적인 이용지향성과 타인에게 추천을 유도하게 하는 사용의도가 매개효과를 하는지를 검정한 결과 이용자 만족과 혜택 간의 관계에서 이용의도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 국내 IP정보검색서비스 산업의 발전 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.
Abstract
This study conducted a survey on domestic private and public IP information service users and department and personnel in charge of companies to see how the service quality of intellectual property search service affects users' intention to use, user satisfaction, and The results were analyzed through SmartPLS 4.0, and the results are as follows. Design and function, information quality, reliability, and system responsiveness, which are the four dimensions of the service quality of the IP information search system, were all found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction. On the other hand, it was confirmed that information quality and reliability had a significant effect on usability and was rejected. In addition, as a result of testing whether the long-term user orientation and intention to induce recommendation to others have a mediating effect on the relationship between user satisfaction and user benefit, such as time and cost reduction, provided by IP information search service providers. Through this, this study provided implications for the development plan of the domestic IP information search service industry.
