골프웨어에 관한 국내 학술연구와 특허, 실용신안, 디자인권 동향의 융합 분석

This research starts with the fact that diverse academic fields deal with golf wear and convergence technology-based intellectual property right is also involved in it. This study aims at analyzing the domestic academy research, patent, utility model, and design right trend about golf wear and providing the fundamental materials for relevant research and the available information for interdisciplinary study and intellectual property right browsing. Research coverage and contents are as follows. Academic research period is set from 1987 when the related study began to 2022, and intellectual property right, from 2000 to 2022. Analysis content is academic area and research times, research content and way, research object, application trend, applicant, IPC and design classification code, item, and available function and technology. As a result, academic research was conducted in area of apparel study, physical education study, and interdisciplinary study. From the third period, the quantitative and qualitative expansion of golf wear research has been carried out. Intellectual property rights peaked in the 5th period, and Individual patent application and design right application took the majority. Among the technology classification types, such were main types as A41D in IPC code and B1-121 in design code. In the function, swing motion correction was greatest in number and other functions were employed such as subsidiary device, clothing design, and sports taping method. Unlike the suggested ones in academic research including various apparels and accessorial stuff, patents of items under development were chiefly related to shirts-based top wear application and design rights were concerned about bottom wear application. Through the above research, more active followup would be expected in convergence technology-based golf wear research and intellectual property right application as well as interdisciplinary aspect.
