직장인의 직업가치와 창업인식태도가 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 직무만족의 조절효과 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of occupational value and psychological attitude on entrepreneurial intention and the moderating effect of job satisfaction. The sub-variables of occupational value were autonomy pursuit, economic pursuit, and self-achievement, and the sub-variables of psychological attitude related to start-up were entrepreneurial recognition, social recognition for entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, economic pursuit and self-achievement among occupational values have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, but autonomy pursuit has no effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the entrepreneurial recognition, the social recognition for entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial opportunities recognition of psychological attitude related to start-up all had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Third, it was found that job satisfaction moderated between autonomy pursuit, economic pursuit, self-achievement, the social recognition. for entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial opportunities recognition and entrepreneurial intention in the positive (+) direction, and between entrepreneurial recognition and entrepreneurial intention in the negative (-) direction. In this study, it was confirmed that the social psychological factors of the occupational value and the entrepreneurial environment pursued by the workers affect the entrepreneurial intention.
