초록

(Background and purpose) Based on the geographical advantages of the southeastern part of the country and abundant high-quality manpower, Daegu Sinseo Innovation City will be developed to become a central city in the global education and academic industry. It aims to create a space where innovation is alive by promoting public design projects that solve space problems and settlement conditions around Sinseo-dong, Dong-gu. Therefore, the purpose is to create an open cultural and artistic network enjoyed by citizens by utilizing parks in innovative cities and idle spaces in public institutions. (Method) First, the current status of the transportation environment, natural environment, historical and cultural environment, etc. for the Sinseo Innovation City is analyzed. Second, a survey is conducted on users of Sinseo Central Park to analyze users' perceptions and usage behavior and present hidden needs and insights. Through the analysis of the current status of the project target site, the final direction of the project is derived by finding problems and solutions of Sinseo Central Park. (Result) A park revitalization plan was needed to take into account the characteristics of the newly introduced population and development space due to the implementation of projects and linked collaboration projects in Daegu Innovation City through surveys and status analysis. Sinseo Central Park is presented in three parts: Inno Hot Spot, Inno Connect, and Inno Upground. First, Inno Hot Spot can increase space utilization by creating a park field and digital library through a variable structure. To this end, various outdoor leisure programs that are insufficient in innovative cities such as performances and culture are provided by creating a stage using beautiful natural scenery and steps around Saemot. Second, InnoConnect expands the connection section of the walkway by installing a nature-friendly shade in the park and improves the level of convenience in consideration of pedestrians' accessibility. Lastly, Inno Upground is a smart sharing system that induces spatial use by providing public services using an application. In addition, it will open up local ideas and share them in real time by operating an open platform that can participate at all times, establishing a resident-led community network. (Conclusion) It creates a landmark by reflecting the identity of the Sinseo Innovation City, and creates a walking-friendly shared street that can be accessed by anyone to restore the connectivity of the space. In addition, through the restoration of spatial functions, it will establish a cultural living area where people of all ages can communicate safely regardless of time or place. Through this, it is expected to be a leading example of revitalizing an innovative city by providing an innovative culture and art platform along with creating a lively and attractive space through the restoration of connectivity and functionality.
