텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 비즈니스 윤리 연구 동향 분석과 기독교 윤리 연구 탐색
Analysis of Business ethics and Christian ethics studies using text mining

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 비즈니스 윤리 연구와 기독교 비즈니스 윤리 연구 논문을 체계적으로 분석하여 연구 주제를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 이에 비즈니스 윤리 분야의 대표적인 학술지인 Journal of Business Ethics에 1982년부터 2023년 1월까지 게재된 8,775편의 논문을 토픽모델링 분석을 사용해 연구 주제를 도출하였다. 토픽 모델링 분석 결과, 기업의 사회적 책임 (Corporate social responsibility), 덕윤리 (Virtue ethics), 법인 인격권 (corporate personhood), 소비자 윤리 (consumer ethics), 조직문화 (organizational culture), 이해관계자 (Stakeholder), 조직 구성원의 윤리적 행동 (Employee ethics behaviors), 젠더 (Gender), 윤리적 의사결정 (Ethical decision making) 등 총 21개의 비즈니스 윤리 연구 분야 주요 연구 토픽을 도출하였다. 분석한 논문 중 검색어를 사용해 기독교적 비즈니스 윤리 연구를 추출하고 키워드 분석을 수행하여 키워드 네트워크 맵을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 관련 연구의 동향 파악과 향후 성경적 관점의 비즈니스 윤리 연구 작성에 기초자료로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find main topics in business ethics research using text mining. To do so, we collect and analyze 8,775 journal abstracts published in the Journal of Business Ethics, one of the leading academic journals in the field, from 1982 to January, 2023. We perform topic modeling and find 21 main research topics: corporate social responsibility, corporate personhood, gender, ethical decision making, implementation, ethics education, country contexts, methodology, sustainability, consumer ethics, financial Performance, national culture, quantitative methods, customer, stakeholder, organizational culture, codes, rights, and laws, virtue ethics, accounting ethics, and environment and development. Then using a set of search terms, we select Christian ethics studies and perform keyword analysis. We expect our finding will provide direction for future research on Christian business ethics studies.
