현장실습제도 관련 고시 개정 이후 대학들의 대응전략 사례연구: H대, C대, S대 사례를 중심으로

This study investigates how universities differently response towards the environmental change, so called the improvement plan of co-operative education programs by The Minister of Education in July 2021. Even though numerous studies on co-operative education programs have been conducted, there is no research on the universities’ various responses towards the improvement plan of co-operative education programs. On the contrary, in the reality, universities response towards the plan in various ways. To explain these phenomena, this study examines the universities’ responsive strategies through case-studies. To effectively conduct case-studies, this study examines strategic choice theory as a theoretical background. Next, this study conducts case-studies in order to deeply understand universities’ responsive strategies towards the improvement plan of co-operative education programs. The case-studies aim to draw meaningful implications and share various responsive models for other universities facing the changed environment. In particular, this study investigates three case-studies such as the private university seeking for the successful industry-education collaboration model, the flagship Korean national university, and the private university highly ranked in the top university lists in order to draw the more various models of universities’ responsive strategies. Based on these cases, this study suggests main characteristics from the strategic choice perspective. In the discussion part, this study proposes the summary, academic and practical implications in the human resource development filed, and limitations as well as directions for future research.
