키워드 네트워크 분석과 토픽 모델링을 활용한 코로나19 전후 HRD 연구 주제 변화 분석

본 연구는 코로나19 전후 국내 주요 HRD 학술지의 연구 주제 변화를 파악하기 위한 목적으로진행되었다. 이를 위하여 국내 주요 HRD 학술지에 2017년부터 2022년까지 게재된 총 710편의 논문을 코로나19 이전(2017~2019년)과 코로나19 시기(2020~2022년)로 구분하여 로그 오즈비 분석, 키워드 네트워크 분석, 토픽 모델링 분석을 통해 비교 분석하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코로나19 이전 국내 주요 HRD 학술지 연구의 핵심 키워드는 ‘지식’, ‘경력개발’, ‘혁신’, ‘협력’, ‘여성’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코로나19 시기 연구의 핵심 키워드는 ‘코로나’, ‘고용’, ‘취업’, ‘조직문화’로 확인되었다. 셋째, 코로나19 시기 HRD 분야에서는 새로운 연구 주제와 키워드들이 등장하였는데, ‘팬데믹’, ‘재택근무’, ‘잡크래프팅’, ‘온라인학습’이 코로나19 시기 연구에서 상대적으로많이 사용된 키워드였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 코로나19 관련 국내 주요 HRD 학술지의 연구 주제 변화를 서술하고, 코로나19라는 환경 변화에 HRD 분야가 대응하며 발전하기 위한 학문적, 실천적 시사점을 제언하였다
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine changes in research topics in major domestic HRD journals before and after COVID-19. To this end, a total of 710 papers from 2017 to 2022 were divided into pre-COVID-19 (2017-2019) and COVID-19 periods (2020-2022). Log odds ratio analysis, keywords network analysis, and topic modeling analysis were conducted,and the results of the study are as follows: First, the core keywords of research before COVID-19 were ‘knowledge,’ ‘career development,’ ‘innovation,’ ‘cooperation,’ and ‘women.’Second, the core keywords of research in the COVID-19 period were ‘COVID-19,’ ‘employment,’ ‘job finding,’ and ‘organizational culture.’ Third, new topics and keywords emerged in the COVID-19 period. 'Pandemic,' 'remote work,' 'job crafting,' and ‘online learning' were frequently used keywords in the period. Based on these results, changes in research topics in HRD journals related to COVID-19 were described. Academic and practicalimplications for the development of the HRD field in response to COVID-19 were also suggested.
