인공지능 기술의 산업별 특허 협력 네트워크 분석

The development of artificial intelligence technology is accelerating, and major institutions have been creating a sustainable technology development environment with external cooperation and open innovation. This study analyzed cooperative networks and major cooperative technologies, focusing on artificial intelligence technologies applied in the fields of smart city/smart home, health/medical, and Security. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that cooperative networks were established around Korea and China from 2016. However, unlike the formation of a close cooperation network around state-run institutions (eg. STATE GRID CORP CHINA) over the past three years, Korea's cooperation ecosystem is still weak. Second, the main cooperation technologies and keywords for each field are as follows. The smart city/smart home is ‘G06N’, ‘H04W’, ‘network’, ‘5G’, ‘POWER’, health/medical is ‘G14H’, ‘diagnosis’, ‘detection’ and security is ‘H04L’, ‘network’, ‘security’, ‘detection’ In recent years, factors to be considered in the process of selecting targets for technical cooperation are becoming complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to select a cooperative target with a good interest in consideration of the available time and cost, the selection of the same goal, and the status of the research cooperation target (reputation). In addition, given that the speed of artificial intelligence technology development has increased significantly through China's recent government-led attempt to strengthen the cooperative ecosystem, Korea needs to make efforts to establish an open innovation ecosystem through R&D capabilities and R&D platform(eg. equipment) sharing. This study is meaningful in that it can be used as a reference for revitalizing Korea's cooperative ecosystem in the future.
