임상간호사의 간호전문직관과 사회적 책임 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과
Influence of the Nursing Professionalism on the Social Responsibility of Clinic Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Ego-resilience

본 연구는 임상간호사의 간호전문직관과 사회적책임 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 파악하여 임상간호사의 사회적 책임 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재한 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 병원경력 6개월 이상인 일반간호사 195명으로 2023년 1월15일부터 2023년 2월 5일까지 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient을 하였고, Process macro 4.0 프로그램을 통해 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는다음과 같다. 첫째, 임상간호사의 사회적 책임은 간호전문직관(r=.628, p<.001), 자아탄력성(r=.766, p<.001) 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 간호전문직관과사회적 책임 간의 관계에서 자아탄력셩은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 임상간호사의 사회적 책임을 강화시키기 위해서는 간호학생 시절부터 지속적으로 간호전문직관과 자아탄력성을 높이기 위한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발과 적용이필요하다.
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of ego-resilience on the relationship between the nursing professionalism and social responsibility of clinic nurses. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 195 nurses working in a general hospital in J province, from January 15 to February 5, 2023. The SPSS/23.0 program was used to analyze the data with descriptive statistics; an independent t-test, analysis of variance ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and mediating effect analysis were performed using Process Macro 4.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, social responsibility significantly correlated with the nursing professionalism (r=.628, p<.001), and ego-resilience (r=.766, p<.001). Second, ego-resilience mediated the relationship between the nursing professionalism and social responsibility. Based on these results to strengthen the social responsibility of clinical nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply a systematic education program that can continuously enhance nursing professionalism and ego-resilience from the time of nursing students.
