창의․융합형 지식재산 인재 육성을 위한 학교급별 교육내용 체계화 및 교육 프로그램 활용 방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to systematize the contents of education by connecting the invention/intellectual property education program with the core competencies of the creative/convergence type IP talent, and to develop a plan to utilize the invention/intellectual property education program by school level to nurture creative/convergence type IP talent. To this end, 50 training programs developed in the last 10 years from 2012 to 2021 were analyzed by large section whether to include training contents to cultivate core competencies and detailed competencies of common competencies of creative and convergent IP talents. The conclusions of the study were: First, many teaching materials have been developed in the existing invention and intellectual property education programs that can cultivate detailed competencies in "problem recognition and analysis capabilities" and "problem-solving and implementation capabilities," but the development of "IP creation capabilities," "IP utilization capabilities," and "IP-CEO capabilities" has been slow. Future programs should include content that can develop these three competencies. Second, the core competencies essential for education at each school level were selected through expert consultation and teacher questionnaires, and this needs to be reflected in future program development. Third, we recommended teaching materials for cultivating essential competencies in education at each school level and presented a recommended lesson flow chart using teaching materials.
