국가전략기술군별 혁신성과 요인 연구: 혁신속성, 전유성및 정부 지원정책의 조절효과를 중심으로

The global uncertainty caused by the competition for technological hegemony between the US and China, and geopolitical disputes between nations has highlighted importance of competitiveness of national strategic technologies(NST). As a result of the empirical analysis using KIS2020 conducted by STEPI, logistic regression analysis proved that R&D concentration, absorptive capacity, radical innovation, and depth of external search for NST were positive(+) significant attributes for securing appropriability and capturing innovation performance. In addition, the government's financial policy had a positive(+) significant moderating effect on the appropriability of innovation performance. Moreover, it was found that the factors of appropriability and innovative properties were different from those of science-based-type NST and specialized supplier-type NST. This suggests that it is necessary to establish and supplement the optimal national strategy tailored to each NST industry's absorption capacity and innovative properties. These customized national innovation strategies can contribute to overcoming external uncertainties and firmly establishing technological sovereignty.
