대학의 ESG 교육환경 구축 및 운영 실천방안 연구 - A 대학의 ESG 운영사례를 중심으로 -
A Study on the Establishment of ESG Education Environment and Its Operations at University Level - Focusing on the case of A University

본 연구는 급변하는 사회 흐름에 부합하기 위해 ESG 대학교육을 위한 환경 구축 및 교육 운영의 방향성을 제시를 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 국내 대학들의 ESG 교육 환경 구축 및 운영 현황을 조사하여 분석하고, A 대학의 세부 운영사례를 중심으로 내적·외적 타당도를 검증하였다. 우선, 국내 대학들의 현황 분석 결과, ESG 교육을 제공하는 국내 대학들의 수, 전담 조직의 설치 여부, 다양한 형태의 교육 제공 면에서 지역 간 불균형이 확인되었다. A 대학의 세부 운영사례에 대한 내적 타당화를 위하여 전문가 심층 인터뷰 및 사용성 평가를 진행하였고 그 결과, 내적 타당도는 적절하며, 내적 일치도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외적 타당화를 위하여 학생, 교원, 직원 집단을 대상으로 7가지 핵심과제 측면의 적절성 및 중요도를 고려하여 Levene의 동질성 검증 결과 후 분산분석을 수행하였고, 그 결과 핵심 과제별 학생의 인식이 교원 및 직원 인식보다 모두 높게 나타나 집단 간 차이를 보였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 ESG 교육 환경 구축을 위해 전담 조직의 설치 및 구성원의 인식제고를 위한 대학들의 자발적 의지와 노력의 필요성을 강조하고, 전공과 교양 맞춤형 ESG 정규 교육과정의 운영 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present the direction of establishing the environment for ESG education at the university level to meet the rapidly changing social trend. To this end, the current status of ESG education at domestic universities was investigated, and the internal and external validity was verified focusing on University A‘s cases. As a result of analyzing cases of domestic universities, regional imbalances were confirmed. In-depth expert interviews and usability evaluations were conducted for internal validation, and it was found to be appropriate and internal consistency was high. For external validation, variance analysis was conducted for seven key tasks on students, professors, and employee groups with the results of Levene's homogeneity verification. As a result, the perception of students was higher than that of others, showing differences among the groups. This study emphasized the need for voluntary will and efforts by universities to establish the ESG educational environment and suggested ways to operate ESG regular curriculum tailored to majors and liberal arts.
