산재 근로자의 성공적 복귀 유형과 변화 양상: 잠재전이분석을 활용한 영향 요인 및 이직 의도 차이 검증

Purpose: This study aimed to categorize the subtypes of a successful return to work immediately and one year after an industrial accident and examine each subtype's transition pattern. Method: Latent transition analysis was performed by applying the three-step analysis method Results: The subtypes of a successful return to work were classified into four latent profiles (unsatisfied, ambiguous, stable, and successful return to work) both immediately and a year after their return. Socioeconomic status and consideration of coworkers had a significant effect on all return-to-work subtypes. The "unsatisfied type" was more likely to change its type after a year. In contrast, the "ambiguous type," "stable type," and "successful return to work type" were more likely to remain the same subtype. Self-esteem, self-efficacy, and the degree of consideration of coworkers significantly affected the transition of the latent class. The 'unsatisfied type' showed the highest turnover intention. Implications: Based on this research, the practical implication for the successful return to work and long-term employment of industrial accident workers were provided.
