정부의 창업지원정책이 창업성과에 미치는 영향:창업역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

The government is actively supporting start-ups through the development of various policies on start-ups to create growth engines and jobs in the national economy through the creation of a start-up ecosystem. Due to these start-up support policies, start-up companies sometimes achieve results, but they often fail. Therefore, it is important to explore the relationship between the government's various start-up support policies and start-up performance. Accordingly, this study empirically analyzed the impact of the government's various start-up support policies on start-up performance based on the mediating effect of start-up capabilities. In particular, compared to previous studies, this study is meaningful in that it focused on the mediating effect of start-up capabilities for various and wide-ranging start-up support policies of the government. According to the analysis, start-up capabilities had a positive mediating effect on the relationship between technology commercialization support, start-up education support, start-up consulting support and start-up performance (financial performance, non-financial performance). According to the results of this analysis, theoretical and policy implications that start-up capabilities affect start-up performance in the relationship between the government's start-up support policy and start-up performance were presented.
